In order to become a member of the team it is required that you find one sponser for the team. The paperwork for a company to become a sponser is at the bottom of the Sponsors and Sponsership info page. The only othe requirments are that you race weekly (unless ill or injered) and that you are a good sportsman to your fellow racers.
